Leader:
Founder of clan. Nobody can ever achieve this rank, save having a long
history and dedication to the clan. A Leader has supreme authority, and is
the only one who can approve new membership, promotions, bannings, declaring
enemies and allies, and events. Tim and Kevin are the founders and leaders
of FWG.
Co-Leader:
Highest authority below a Leader. A Co-Leader is reponsible for the
organization and supervision of all divisions, and also settles disputes
between Division Heads, or individual members if necessary. Co-Leaders are
who you turn to for any clan problem, and they'll try to help you in any
way, and consult a Leader if necessary. Also, a Co-Leader has the power to
fill in for any division missing a DH (Division Head), if approved by a
Leader. This includes if the DH is unable to make an scheduled event or has
a problem to the point where they are inable to run their division.
Co-Leaders also pass along recommendations from Division Heads for
promotions and membership. A promotion to Co-Leader requires showing skill
in all divisions of FWG, leadership, obeying the rules and orders of higher
ranks, and at least 4 months in the clan, if not more.
Division Head (DH):
A Division Head is responsible for all activities, events, and issues
concerning their area. They can design and organize events for their
division, and schedule channel meetings to inform all in the clan (Or those
who wish to participate) about an upcoming event within their division.
Division heads are also required to regularly give such updates at the
normal clan meetings. DH's are allowed to recruit anyone they deem fit (And
of course so are Co-Leaders and Leaders), and if they feel a recruit is
worthy of membership, they can pass their approval to a Co-Leader. DH's are
an important part of the clan, and to become a DH one must show a high level
of skill in a certain area.
Member:
A member is basically a recruit that has proven him/herself active in the
clan and forums, and has shown competency in following the rules of the clan
and the words of their superiors. Members can participate in any event, and
have access to the Members-Only forum on the boards. This is where you start
as a part of FWG, and every member is as important as every other member.
Recruit:
A recruit is a player that a DH, Co-Leader, or Leader has chosen to be given
a shot at the clan. Recruits have no real privileges and cannot participate
in events or access the private forum(s). There is no shame in being a
recruit, we accept anyone who wishes to join. All you have to do is show
respect for the other clan mates and follow the rules, and be ACTIVE, and
we'll happily make you a member of FWG.
